RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE WASTE
WATER TREATMENT FACILITY ADMINISTRATION
BUILDING ROOF IMPROVEMENTS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Superintendent of Waste Management
Services of said City to prepare proposed plans, specifications,
form of contract, etc., for the Waste Water Treatment Facility
Administration Building Roof Improvements, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Waste Management Services
did file said preliminary plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., for the Waste Water Treatment Facility
Administration Building Roof Improvements, which were
preliminarily approved on April 19, 2010, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on May 10,
2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., for the Waste Water Treatment Facility
Administration Building Roof Improvements, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of May, 2010.
