RESOLUTION APPROVING COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM CONTRACT AMENDMENT NUMBER
1 WITH THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT FOR IOWA NEIGHBORHOOD
STABILIZATION PROGRAM FUNDS AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID CONTRACT AMENDMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Community Development Block Grant Program Contract
Amendment Number 1 dated May 10, 2010, for Iowa Neighborhood
Stabilization Program funds in the amount of $850,570.00, by
revising performance targets with an effective date of March 29,
2010, by and between the Iowa Department of Economic Development
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of May, 2010.
