RESOLUTION APPROVING
AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
SERVICES AND ALLEN
WATERLOO, IOWA AND
SAID AGREEMENT BY THE
CHILD PROTECTION CENTER
DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN
MEMORIAL HOSPITAL OF
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
CHIEF OF POLICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Child Protection Center Agreement dated May 10, 2010, to
investigate, assess and treat child abuse cases, by and between
the Iowa Department of Human Services, Allen Memorial Hospital of
Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Chief of Police authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of May, 2010.
