RESOLUTION APPROVING LETTER OF CONSENT WITH
SHOFF CONSULTING ENGINEERS, L.C. OF CEDAR
FALLS, IOWA ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF
EVANSDALE, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID LETTER OF CONSENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Letter of Consent dated May 10, 2010, to perform work
within the right-of-way of Independence Avenue and Idaho Street
for the purpose of detour routing and signing for the Dubuque
Road Reconstruction project in Evansdale, by and between Shoff
Consulting Engineers, L.C. of Cedar Falls, Iowa on behalf of the
City of Evansdale, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of May, 2010.
