RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 3 WITH AECOM AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 3 dated May 10, 2010, at a cost
not to exceed $594,700.00, for the final design phase of the U.S.
Highway 63 Improvements from Newell Street to Donald Street, by
and between AECOM of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of May, 2010.
