Black Hawk County The City of Waterloo, Iowa, plans to
submit a Notice of Intent to the Iowa
Department of Natural Resources to be
covered under the NPDES General
Permit No. 2— Storm Water Discharge
Associated with Industrial Activity for
Construction Activities.
The storm wafer discharge will be from
the demolition and re-construction of an
aquatic center,and will be located in the
NW b of Section 34,T89N,R13W,Black
Waterloo, City of- Legals Hawk County.
Storm water will be discharged from one
point source and will be discharged to the
Accounts Payable Waterloo Municipal Storm Sewer System
to Black Hawk Creek.
