RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS AND PROMISSORY
NOTES FOR THE DISASTER RECOVERY BUSINESS
RENTAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM WITH THE IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID DOCUMENTS BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contracts and Promissory Notes dated May 10, 2010, for
the Disaster Recovery Business Rental Assistance Program with the
following businesses:
Disaster Recovery Business Rental Assistance Program Contract
Europa Market, Inc. d.b.a. Espresso Cafe Oasis,
307 West 5th Street $15,000.00
Rummage Sale Heaven, LLC, 307 East 4th Street $ 7,200.00
The Twin Sports Group, Inc., 850 Park Road $ 7,500.00
Disaster Recovery Commercial Rental Revenue Gap Program Contract
Europa Market, Inc., 301 West 5th Street
$25,000.00
by and between the Iowa Department of Economic Development and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same are hereby approved,
and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
