RESOLUTION APPROVING PURCHASE ORDER WITH
HOWARD R. GREEN COMPANY AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID PURCHASE ORDER BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Purchase Order dated May 10, 2010, in the amount of
$5,000.00, to prepare and submit a grant application for an EPA
Brownfields Area -Wide Planning Pilot Program for the continued
development and redevelopment of the Highway 63 Corridor, by and
between Howard R. Green Company of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of May, 2010.
