RESOLUTION NO. 2023-726
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ETC., AND AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE WATERLOO CENTER FOR THE
ARTS CHILLER REPLACEMENT PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Community Planning and Development Director of said city to prepare and file specifications,
bid documents, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the Waterloo Center for the Arts
Chiller Replacement Project, and
WHEREAS, said Community Planning and Development Director did file said
specifications, bid documents, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the Waterloo Center for
the Arts Chiller Replacement Project, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on November 20, 2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said specifications, bid documents, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with
the Waterloo Center for the Arts Chiller Replacement Project, are hereby approved, and said
project proceeds in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of November 2023.
