RESOLUTION NO. 2023-739
RESOLUTION APPROVING A THREE-YEAR SUBSCRIPTION
AND SUPPORT AGREEMENT WITH POLCO, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $40,000.00, FOR THE PURPOSE OF
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT FOR BUDGET SIMULATION,
CIP PRIORITIZATION, AND TAXPAYER RECEIPT, AND
AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the three-year subscription and support agreement with Polco, a Delaware corporation, dated
November 20, 2023, in the amount of $40,000.00, for the purpose of community engagement for
budget simulation, Capital Improvement Project prioritization, and taxpayer receipt, is hereby
approved, and the Finance Director is authorized and directed to execute said documents on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of November 2023.
