RESOLUTION NO. 2023-740
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH INVISION
ARCHITECTURE, LLC, OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
ORIGINALLY EXECUTED ON JUNE 20, 2022, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $78,000.00, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY
2024 BRYNES AQUATIC CENTER PROJECT AGREEMENT,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with INVISION Architecture,
LLC, of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $78,000.00, originally executed on June 20, 2022, to
add services to revise the pump house and pool deck lighting, in conjunction with the FY 2024
Brynes Aquatic Center Project, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to
execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of November 2023.
