RESOLUTION NO. 2023-741
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH
CONSTRUCTION -RELATED SERVICES FOR THE FY 2024
BYRNES AQUATIC CENTER PROJECT, CONTRACT NO.
177, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement with AECOM Technical Services of Waterloo, Iowa, in
an amount not to exceed $325,000.00, in conjunction with construction -related services for the
FY 2024 Byrnes Aquatic Center Project, Contract No. 177, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is
authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
