RESOLUTION NO. 2023-743
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $63,900.00, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
FY 2024 CIPP SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement with AECOM Technical Services of Waterloo, Iowa in
the amount of $63,900.00, in conjunction with the FY 2024 CIPP Sanitary Sewer Improvements
Project, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document
on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
