All proposals received will be opened in
the First Floor Conference Room at City
Hall,in the City of Waterloo,Iowa,on the
ORDER NUMBER 232116 30th day of November,2023 at 1:00 p.m.,
and the proposals will be acted upon at
such later time and place as may then be
fixed by the City Council.

SCOPE OF WORK
The statement of work includes the
construction and installation of fiber-optic
outside plant(OSP)infrastructure,includ-
ing but not limited to underground
infrastructure which will be detailed in
each Work Order. Construction place-
ment activities may include, but are not
limited to,underground plowing,trenching
and/or boring methods.Construction also
includes installation,splicing and termina-
tion of all enclosures,and pedestals.
This project will be partially funded with
Section: Legals Federal funds from the United States
Department of Commerce, Economic
Category: 950 Legal Notice Development Administration and there-
fore is subject to the Federal laws and
regulations associated with that program.
