For the consideration of One and 00/100 Dollars($1.00)and other valuable consideration, City of Waterloo,
Iowa, does hereby convey to Steven Smith and Yvonne Smith,the following described real estate in Black Hawk
County, Iowa:
Lot 15, Hickory Court, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, subject to the retention of an
easement for drainage and public utilities on the North 8 feet of Lot 15 of Hickory Court Addition,
and subject to the retention of an easement for access and maintenance of the sound wall on the
North 25 feet of Lot 15 of Hickory Court Addition.
Subject to(a)easements, conditions, and restrictions of record; if any(b)general utility and right-of-way
easements serving the property and of record; and (c)restrictions imposed by local zoning ordinances and
other applicable law.
Deed from Iowa political subdivision. Exempt from real estate transfer tax, declaration of value and
groundwater hazard statement.
The grantor hereby covenants with grantees, and successors in interest, to warrant and defend the real estate
against the lawful claims of all persons claiming by,through, or under it, except as may be stated above.
Words and phrases herein, including acknowledgment hereof, shall be construed as in the singular or plural
number, and as masculine or feminine gender, according to the context.
