A public hearing will be held on the 4th
day of December,2023,at 5:30 p.m, in
the Council Chambers in the City Hall in
the City of Waterloo,Iowa,to approve a
request by the City of Waterloo on behalf
of HBA,LC,to rezone approximately sixty
acres from A-1" Agricultural District to
"M-2,P"Planned Industrial District located
east of 2950 Newell Street, legally
described as follows:

said time and place and be heard or may
file written objection with the City Clerk,
City Hall,Waterloo,Iowa,before the date
ORDER NUMBER 232349 set for said hearing.
