Members present: Van Fleet, Kurtenbach, and Young. Absent: Batemon and Wienands. The
meeting originated from the City Clerk's Office and all members participated via Zoom.
Approval of Agenda.
Moved by Kurtenbach seconded by Young that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Voice -
vote Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
Motion approving a revised effective date of September 18, 2023 for Ian Crowther -Green's
appointment to the position of OSP/Engineering Supervisor, subject to the approval of an
employment agreement.
Moved by Kurtenbach seconded by Young. Voice -vote Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
With no further business before the board, it was moved by Kurtenbach seconded by Young that
the meeting be adjourned at 10:09 a.m. Voice -vote Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
