RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE REQUEST
OF KNK ENTERPRISE, LLC FOR A SITE PLAN
AMENDMENT TO THE "S-1" SHOPPING CENTER
DISTRICT AT THE FORMER ECONO FOODS BUILDING
GENERALLY LOCATED AT 1411 FLAMMANG DRIVE, AS
MAY 24, 2010, AT 5:30 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL
CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 24th day of May, 2010, for
the purpose of considering the request of KNK Enterprise, LLC for
a site plan amendment to the "S-1" Shopping Center District at
the former Econo Foods building generally located at 1411
Flammang Drive, for the development of a 23,250 square foot
addition to the west end of the existing 56,941 square foot
building, and legally described as follows:
Crossroads Plat No 2 Lot 2 and Easement Book 8 Page 610
& Easement Book 8 Page 599, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
