RESOLUTION NO. 2023-772
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK
FOR WORK PERFORMED BY LANDMARK TURF
SERVICES, LLC, OF DUNKERTON, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT
OF $48,142.00, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2024 LEVEE
RIP RAP SPRAYING, CONTRACT NO. 1083.
WHEREAS, Landmark Turf Services, LLC, of Dunkerton, Iowa, performed work in
conjunction with the FY 2024 Levee Rip Rap Spraying, Contract No. 1083, and
WHEREAS, Landmark Turf Services, LLC has completed the aforementioned project, in
accordance with the bid documents, specifications, form of contract, etc., as approved by Council
on May 1, 2023, Resolution No. 2023-279.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance of
Work, for work performed by Landmark Turf Services, LLC, in conjunction with the FY 2024
Levee Rip Rap Spraying, Contract No. 1083, in the amount of $48,142.00, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of December 2023.
