RESOLUTION NO. 2023-778
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AMENDMENT TO THE
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH PRAIRIE RAPIDS II,
LLC, TO INCLUDE THE CLURA PARTIAL TAX EXEMPTION
SCHEDULE, LOCATED NEAR THE SOUTHEAST CORNER
OF KIMBALL AVENUE AND RIDGEWAY AVENUE, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that an amendment to the Development Agreement with Prairie Rapids II, LLC, originally
approved May 15, 2023, to include the CLURA partial tax exemption schedule, located near the
southeast corner of Kimball Avenue and Ridgeway Avenue, is hereby approved and the Mayor
and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of December 2023.
