RESOLUTION NO. 2023-780 RESOLUTION APPROVING A SECOND AMENDMENT TO A REAL ESTATE PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH A -LINE VENTURES, FOR THE PURCHASE OF 200 EAST MULLAN AVENUE, TO AMEND THE CLOSING DATE TO ON OR BEFORE DECEMBER 21, 2023. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA that the second amendment to a Real Estate Purchase Agreement for the purchase of property located at 200 East Mullan Avenue, originally executed July 17, 2023, between A -Line Ventures and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and legally described as follows: THE NORTHWESTERLY 107 FEET OF LOT NO. 10 AND THE SOUTHWESTERLY 15 FEET OF THE NORTHWESTERLY 107 FEET OF LOT NO. 7, ALL IN BLOCK NO. 9 IN THE ORIGINAL PLAT, ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE CEDAR RIVER, CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA to amend the closing date to on or before December 21, 2023, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said documents on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
