AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN
SECTION 10-4-4, APPROVING A REQUEST BY PRAIRIE
RAPIDS II, LLC, FOR A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT TO
CONSTRUCT A 48-UNIT MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENCE
BUILDING IN THE "S-1" SHOPPING CENTER DISTRICT
LOCATED EAST OF 3121 KIMBALL AVENUE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AS
FOLLOWS:
That the request of Prairie Rapids II, LLC, for a Site Plan Amendment to construct a 48-unit
multi-family residence building in the"S-I" Shopping Center District located east of 3121 Kimball
Avenue, and legally described as follows:
PARCEL "D" OF PLAT OF SURVEY DOC. #2009-06842, A PART OF
THE NORTHWEST FRACTIONAL QUARTER OF SECTION 3,
TOWNSHIP 88 NORTH, RANGE 13 WEST OF THE 5TH P.M.,
WATERLOO,BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA
shall be and is hereby approved.
