RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON PROPOSED PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR TWO
(2) COVERED ARCHWAYS AT THE WATERLOO SOFTBALL
COMPLEX, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO AND THE
TAKING OF BIDS THEREFORE, AS MAY 24, 2010, AT
5:30 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND
INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE
NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 24th day of May, 2010, for
the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for Two (2)
Covered Archways at the Waterloo Softball Complex, in the City of
Waterloo and the taking of bids therefore.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of May, 2010.
