RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH DR.
LENARD KERR, MEDICAL DIRECTOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated May 17, 2010, in the amount of $1,250.00
per quarter, for services as Physician Medical Director, by and
between Dr. Lenard Kerr and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of May, 2010.
