Black Hawk County IMPROVEMENT
Notice is hereby given that on December
18, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. in the council
chambers in city hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, a public hearing will be
held on the proposal to acquire ownership
to approximately 0.009 acres,to acquire
permanent easements to approximately
0.114 acres, and to acquire temporary
easements over approximately 1.909
