TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Black Hawk County Notice is hereby given that on the 18th
day of December,2023,at 5:30 p.m. in
the Council Chambers in the City Hall in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, a public
hearing will be held by the Council of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa. to approve a
request by the City of Waterloo to vacate
approximately 1,613 square feet of
city-owned alley right-of-way in the"M-1"
Light Industrial District located adjacent to
54 Lane Street, legally described as
follows:

Anyone who is interested may appear at
WATERLOO IA 50703 said time and place and be heard or may
file written objection with the City Clerk,
City Hall,Waterloo,Iowa,before the date
set for said hearing.
