RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH WAYNE
CLAASSEN ENGINEERING AND SURVEYING, INC. AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated May 17, 2010, at a maximum cost of
$25,000.00, for professional services for the 2010 Cedar River
Boating Center Parking Lot and Site Improvements, by and between
Wayne Claassen Engineering and Surveying, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of May, 2010.
