RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE FROM ACTIVE THERMAL
CONCEPTS OF HIAWATHA, IOWA, FOR THE F.Y. 2010
PHASE 2 DEMOLITION OF THE FORMER CHAMBERLAIN
MANUFACTURING PROPERTY, 550 ESTHER STREET, IN
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, BEING CONTRACT
NO. 762.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Active Thermal Concepts of Hiawatha, Iowa,
for the F.Y. 2010 Phase 2 Demolition of the Former Chamberlain
Manufacturing Property, 550 Esther Street, Contract No. 762, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 17th
day of May, 2010, together with the accompanying bond for the
faithful performance of said contract signed by Arch Insurance
Company of Kansas City, MO, as surety thereon, be, and the same
are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17thd y of May, 2010.
