RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO B & B
LAWN CARE, INC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $200.00 PER ACRE FOR OPTION F, FOR
THE 2010 RIGHT-OF-WAY MOWING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of B & B Lawn Care, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, in
the amount of $200.00 per acre for the Virden Creek Waterway
(Option F), for the 2010 Right -of -Way Mowing, described in the
specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
project, after public hearing on published notice required by
law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid
received for said work.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
contract with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of May, 2010.
