RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH U.S.
DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY, FEDERAL
EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated May 17, 2010, for a 2009 Assistance to
Firefighters Grant in the amount of $155,332.00, with 20 percent
required local match, to be used to purchase 21 SCBAs, 89 face
pieces and related equipment, by and between the U.S. Department
of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of May, 2010.
