RESOLUTION NO. 2023-795
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH EN ENGINEERING, LLC, FORMALLY
MAGELLAN ADVISORS, LLC, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO
EXCEED $1,107,300.00, FOR PROJECT AND
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT, INSPECTIONS AND
ENGINEERING SUPPORT SERVICES FOR THE FIBER
BACKBONE AND FIBER -TO -THE -HOME NETWORK
PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION IN CALENDAR YEAR 2024,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement with EN Engineering, LLC, formally Magellan
Advisors, LLC, in an amount not to exceed $1,107,300.00, for project and construction
management, inspections and engineering support services for the fiber backbone and fiber -to -
the -home network project implementation in calendar year 2024, is hereby approved, and the
Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of December 2023.
