RESOLUTION NO. 2023-797
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH HR GREEN, INC., OF CEDAR RAPIDS,
IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $25,000.00, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE WATERLOO PAVEMENT
MANAGEMENT PLAN UPDATE FY 2025 - 2031, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement with HR Green, Inc., of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, in an
amount not to exceed $25,000.00, in conjunction with the Waterloo Pavement Management Plan
Update FY 2025 - 2031, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and
directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
