RESOLUTION NO. 2023-792
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ETC., AND AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2024 TITUS (MIDLAND)
PUMP STATION AND FORCE MAIN PROJECT, CONTRACT
NO. 975.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Public Works Division Manager of said city to prepare and file specifications, bid documents,
form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the FY 2024 Titus (Midland) Pump Station and Force
Main Project, Contract No. 975, and
WHEREAS, said Public Works Division Manager did file said specifications, bid
documents, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the FY 2024 Titus (Midland) Pump
Station and Force Main Project, Contract No. 975, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on December 18, 2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said specifications, bid documents, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with
the FY 2024 Titus (Midland) Pump Station and Force Main Project, Contract No. 975, are hereby
approved, and said project proceeds in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of December 2023.
