RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONTRACT, BONDS, AND
CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE, WITH ITG
COMMUNICATIONS, LLC OF HENDERSONVILLE, TN IN
THE AMOUNT OF $77,864,565.10, IN CONJUNCTION WITH
THE FY 2023 FIBER-TO-PREMISE FEEDER/DISTRIBUTION
AND BACKBONE NETWORK PROJECT, CONTRACT NO.
1088, AND AUTHORIZING THE BOARD CHAIR AND
BOARD SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS UTILITY BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1: That ITG Communications, LLC of Hendersonville, TN submitted a written
contract, bond, and certificate of insurance, per the specifications heretofore adopted by this
Board for said project following a public hearing on June 21, 2023, in conjunction with the FY
2023 Fiber-to-Premise Feeder/Distribution and Backbone Network Project, Contract No. 1088.
Section 2. that the contract, bond and certificate of insurance submitted by ITG
Communications, LLC of Hendersonville, TN, in conjunction with the FY 2023 Fiber-to-Premise
Feeder/Distribution and Backbone Network Project, Contract No. 1088, are hereby approved.
Section 3. That the Board Chair and Board Secretary are authorized and directed to
execute said documents on behalf of the Telecommunications Utility Board of Trustees of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
