RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING CALENDAR YEAR FISCAL
YEAR, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2024.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS UTILITY BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That the Telecommunications Utility Board of Trustees of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, hereby deems it advisable and necessary for the operation of the utility to
establish a calendar year budget.
Section 2. That commencing on January 1, 2024 and for every year thereafter, the
Municipal Telecommunications Utility of Waterloo, Iowa, shall hereby operate on a calendar
year budget.
