RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROMOTIONAL RATE FOR
NEW RESIDENTIAL AND BUSINESS CUSTOMERS, TO
PROVIDE TWO MONTHS OF FREE INTERNET, NO
DEPOSIT, AND NO INSTALLATION FEE, FOR THE PERIOD
OF NOVEMBER 1, 2023 TO DECEMBER 31, 2027.
WHEREAS, after analysis of expenses for the proper operation of Waterloo Fiber, a
temporary promotional rate has been duly considered.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Waterloo Telecommunications Utility
Board of Trustees of Waterloo Fiber adopts the following temporary promotional rate for internet
and related charges, as follows:
1. A promotional rate for new residential and business customers, to provide two
months of free internet, no deposit, and no installation fee, for the period of
November 1, 2023 to December 31, 2027.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of October 2023.
