RESOLUTION APPROVING ABATEMENT OF ASSESSMENTS
IN THE AMOUNT OF $808.63 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 134 DEARBORN AVENUE IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the following assessments be and the same are hereby
abated:
134 Dearborn Avenue (Parcel No. 8912-30-305-006)
Linden Place Lot 4 Block 17, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the assessments be and the same
