RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION WITH U.S.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID APPLICATION BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the application dated May 24, 2010, for an EPA Area -Wide
Planning Pilot Program grant in the amount of $175,000.00, for
continued development and redevelopment of the Highway 63
Corridor, by and between the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of May, 2010.
