RESOLUTION APPROVING LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR
UNDERGROUND PIPELINES, CABLES AND CONDUITS
WITH CHICAGO, CENTRAL & PACIFIC RAILROAD
COMPANY AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the License Agreement for Underground Pipelines, Cables and
Conduits dated May 24, 2010, for storm sewer crossing on East 4th
Street in conjunction with the F.Y. 2010 Street Reconstruction
Program, Contract No. 772, by and between the Chicago, Central &
Pacific Railroad Company and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th d of May, 2010.
