SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
For the consideration of One and 00/100 Dollars ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, Todd J. Borwig and
Debra Borwig, husband and wife, do hereby convey to City of Waterloo, Iowa the following described real estate in
Black Hawk County, Iowa:
Lots 4, 5 and 6, Borwig Addition, City of Waterloo, Iowa.
Deed for reverter of title pursuant to Section 4 of Development Agreements between grantor and grantees
recorded February 17, 2023 as Doc. No. 2023-11532.
Consideration less than $500.00. Exempt from real estate transfer tax, declaration of value and
groundwater hazard statement.
The grantor hereby covenants with grantees, and successors in interest, to warrant and defend the real estate
against the lawful claims of all persons claiming by, through, or under it, except as may be stated above.
Words and phrases herein, including acknowledgment hereof, shall be construed as in the singular or plural
number, and as masculine or feminine gender, according to the context.
