BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATER-
LOO,IOWA AS FOLLOWS:That approxi-
mately 1,613 square feet of city-owned
alley right-of-way in the "M-1" Light
Waterloo, City of- Legals Industrial District located adjacent to 54
Lane Street, and legally described as
follows:
