RESOLUTION APPROVING A REAL ESTATE PURCHASE
AGREEMENT WITH CEDAR VALLEY TECH WORKS, INC.,
AND APPROVING A DEED TO SELL REAL PROPERTY TO
THE CITY OF WATERLOO IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,460.00,
LOCATED NORTHWEST OF 25 WEST COMMERCIAL
STREET, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the Real Estate Purchase Agreement dated December 4, 2023, between Cedar Valley Tech
Works, Inc., and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $2,460.00, located northwest of 25
West Commercial Street, and legally described as follows:
TECHWORKS ADDITION, TRACT G, WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute
said documents on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of December 2023.
