RESOLUTION NO. 2024-013
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ALS INTERCEPT BILLING
AGREEMENT BETWEEN MAYO CLINIC AMBULANCE AND
WATERLOO FIRE RESCUE, AND AUTHORIZING BILL
BECK, FIRE CHIEF, TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that an ALS Intercept Billing Agreement between Mayo Clinic Ambulance and Waterloo Fire
Rescue, is hereby approved, and the Fire Chief is authorized and directed to execute said
document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of January 2024.
