RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FROM THE DOWNTOWN TAX
INCREMENT FINANCING FUND THE SUM OF THREE
HUNDRED NINE THOUSAND DOLLARS AND NO CENTS
( $309,000. 00) TO THE DEBT SERVICE FUND.
WHEREAS, the City Council passed the 1997 Fiscal Budget on
March 11, 1996, allocating $675,000. 00 of Downtown Tax Increment
Financing money to the Debt Service Fund for payment of General
Obligation Bonds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a transfer be made for the amount of
$309,000 .00 from the Downtown Tax Increment Financing Fund to the
Debt Service Fund for payment of General Obligation Bonds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of January, 1997 .
