RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FROM THE TAX INCREMENT
FINANCING FUND THE SUM OF THREE HUNDRED TWENTY
THOUSAND DOLLARS AND NO CENTS ($320, 000.00) TO
THE DEBT SERVICE FUND.
WHEREAS, the City Council passed the 1996 Fiscal Budget on
March 14, 1995, allocating $675,000. 00 of Tax Increment Financing
money to the Debt Service Fund for payment of General Obligation
Bonds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a transfer be made for the amount of
$320,000. 00 from the Tax Increment Financing Fund to the Debt
Service Fund for payment of General Obligation Bonds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of May, 1996.
