RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FROM THE TAX INCREMENT
FINANCING FUND THE SUM OF THREE HUNDRED
THIRTY-SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS AND
NO CENTS ( $337 , 500 . 00 ) TO THE DEBT SERVICE
FUND.
WHEREAS, the City Council passed the 1996 Fiscal Budget on
March 14 , 1995, allocating $675 , 000. 00 of Tax Increment Financing
money to the Debt Service Fund for payment of General Obligation
Bonds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUN,'IL OF THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a transfer be made for the amount of
$337 , 500. 00 from the Tax Increment Financing Fund to the Debt
Service Fund for payment of General Obligation Bonds .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of January, 1996.
