RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FROM THE GENERAL FUND
THE SUM OF TWO THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY-
FIVE DOLLARS AND TWENTY-NINE CENTS ( $2,995 . 29)
TO THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUND.
WHEREAS, Warrant No. 101555, issued
July12,1 Block Grant 993, in he
amount of $2,995 .29 was erroneously paid from
Fund ( #554) , and
WHEREAS, Warrant No. 101555 was an expense for a
rehabilitation project which should have been paid out of the Rath
Liquidation Account (Fund #552) , and
WHEREAS, the Rath Liquidation Account (Fund #552) has been
closed to the General Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a transfer be made in the amount
of $2 ,995. 29 from the General Fund to the Community Development
Block Grant Fund for reimbursement for Warrant No. 101555 to
properly classify to the correct fund.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of October, 1995.
