RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FROM THE SANITATION
FUND THE SUM OF FOUR HUNDRED FOUR THOUSAND
SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY-SIX DOLLARS ( $404 ,766) TO
THE GENERAL FUND.
WHEREAS, the City Council passed the 1994-1995 Fiscal Budget
on March 6, 1994, allocating certain fund transfers to reimburse
health and sanitation inspection, personnel administrative services
and equipment maintenance functions within the General Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a transfer be made for the amount of
$201,766 from the Sanitation Fund ( #525) to the General Fund for
vehicle maintenance, ( $3000) for personnel administrative services,
( $100,000) for a contribution to operations and ( $100, 000) for the
Black Hawk County Health Inspection contract activity costs .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Deputy City Clerk be
instructed to certify a copy of this resolution to the Finance
Manager of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in order that said transfer
be made.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of June, 1995.
