RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FROM THE SEWER RENTAL
FUND THE SUM OF FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY-NINE
THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FORTY-THREE DOLLARS
($429 , 843 ) TO THE GENERAL FUND.
WHEREAS, the City Council passed the 1994-1995 Fiscal Budget
on March 6, 1994 , allocating certain fund transfers to reimburse
sewage treatment activities within the General Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a transfer be made for the amount of
$429 ,843 from the Sewer Rental Fund to the General Fund for vehicle
and equipment maintenance as performed by the Central Garage for
the Sewer Fund ( $172,943) , for personnel administrative service
( $6,900) and a contribution to operations to the General Fund in
the amount of $250,000 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Deputy City Clerk be
instructed to certify a copy of this resolution to the Finance
Manager of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in order that said transfer
be made.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of June, 1995.
