RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FROM THE ROAD USE TAX
FUND THE SUM OF NINE HUNDRED THIRTY-ONE
THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FORTY-FIVE DOLLARS
( $931, 145) TO THE GENERAL FUND.
WHEREAS, the City Council passed the 1994-1995 Fiscal Budget
on March 6, 1994, allocating certain fund transfers to reimburse
street maintenance activities within the General Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a transfer be made for the amount of
$931 , 145 from the Road Use Tax Fund to the General Fund for Street
Department equipment maintenance costs ( $115, 295 ) , street right-of-
way maintenance costs ( $462, 850) , personnel administrative services
( $3000) and engineering costs ( $350,000) .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Deputy City Clerk be
instructed to certify a copy of this resolution to the Finance
Manager of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in order that said transfer
be made.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of June, 1995.
